All floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers. Because flowers are natural products, availability may vary depending on seasonality and market conditions.
If a specific flower or container is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
Local Delivery
Aimer Florist currently offers local delivery within select areas of Chicago.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, building access restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
Care Instructions
Fresh flowers are perishable.
To maximize vase life, please follow the care instructions included with your bouquet.
Flower longevity varies depending on flower varieties, environmental conditions, and customer care.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the product.
We will evaluate each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
